I’m Charlotte, a mindfulness teacher, hypnotherapist, and breathwork guide who believes deeply in the power of kindness, compassion, and connection. My work is about creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel truly seen and supported—whether that’s in a small group or in one-to-one sessions.
Mindfulness and hypnotherapy have been transformative in my own life, and I love sharing these practices in ways that feel gentle, practical, and nurturing. Together, we explore simple tools to ease stress, release old patterns, and discover a deeper sense of calm and balance.
My own journey into mindfulness began after having my children during the Covid pandemic. I turned to meditation to support my wellbeing, and I couldn’t believe the difference it made—I felt calmer, more intentional, able to manage anxiety better, and finally sleeping more peacefully. Mindfulness became a lifeline, and from that point on, I knew I wanted to share it with others.
I’ve always been drawn to supporting people and helping them be their best. With a strong interest in psychology and mental health, I went on to complete both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Psychology. When I saw the profound impact mindfulness had on my life, it felt like the missing piece of the puzzle. I trained as a mindfulness teacher without hesitation—I had found my thing. Now, I’m committed to helping others bring calm, clarity, and resilience into their own lives.
Alongside mindfulness, I integrate breathwork and mindfulness-based hypnotherapy, offering a holistic and compassionate approach to wellbeing.
