All support is bespoke to fit your needs and goals so please get in touch and we will arrange a free exploration call and discuss what could work best for you. 

I also offer in-person family wellbeing sessions. 

Pricing:

Free Consultation Call

Followed by £60/hour or £200 for 4 sessions  for 1:1 bookings 

Family Sessions: £40 for 45 Minute Sessions

12 Month Wellbeing Coaching Programme (Monthly Sessions, weekly check-ins) £500
