Collected Personal Data 

Personal data collected through contact form- email address so that I can get  back in contact with you. 

Through booking website (Baluu); contact details, access and mobility needs. The contact details will be used to contact you with information about the groups. You will not be automatically contacted for marketing purposes. I will be using your contact email to email you which is not shared with anybody else or any other organisations other than the booking platform. Your mobility & access needs are recorded to ensure I can ensure that I make neccessary adjustments to ensure that you are able to safely access the group/session. 

Once you have signed up to a group I will use your first name for a register for the group- these are made on the day of the session & destroyed afterwards. They are used fir health & safety purposes.

Through newsletter sign up (Mailchimp); name and email address. Once signed up you will be emailed fortnightly and will always have the option to unsubscribe by clicking a link on the email. 

All users are entitled to the following:

o The right to be informed about the collection of your data.

o The right to access & request copies of all data we hold on your personal file.

o The right  to request that our company correct any information you believe to be inaccurate and to complete any incomplete information

oYou have the right to request that our company erase all personal data.

o The right to restrict processing–You have the right to request that our company restricts the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

o The right to object to personal processing - You have the right to object to our company’s processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

o The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organisation, under certain conditions.
