The Warwickshire Mindfulness Online Community is a warm, supportive membership space designed to help you nurture a consistent mindfulness practice from home. Each week, we come together for live online mindfulness sessions, offering guided meditation, reflections, and opportunities to connect and support one another.
While meditation apps and pre-recorded sessions can be useful, many people crave real-time practice within a caring community. This online membership provides exactly that — a flexible, welcoming space to grow your mindfulness practice with guidance and connection.

If you can’t join a live session, don’t worry. All meditation recordings are available to catch up on your own schedule. You can also participate in reflections and conversations via our private Facebook community, creating a sense of connection and accountability, even when life gets busy.
